Resolution authorizing an Appropriation Transfer Request recognizing unanticipated revenue in the amount of $59,114,491 from Medi-Cal Waiver Revenue, making a corresponding appropriation of $44,256,057 to allow for an intergovernmental transfer to the State of California Department of Health Care Services to be used as the non-federal share of the Round 1 funding for the Global Payment Program, and appropriating the net revenues of $14,858,434 in reserves.

Resolution authorizing an amendment to a permit agreement with T-Mobile West LLC, to allow for the upgrading and continued operation of a wireless communication facility at 2415 University Avenue, East Palo Alto.

 

20.

Resolution authorizing the President of the Board to execute a Permit Agreement with the State of California, acting by and through the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, for the improvement and operation of a wireless communication facility at the North Peak Communication Site and increase of the monthly Base Permit Fee from $227.89 to $772.75.

 

21.

Resolution regarding the Ground Lease with CuriOdyssey:

 

A)

Authorizing the President of the Board to execute a ground lease with CuriOdyssey for real property located at 1651 Coyote Point Drive, San Mateo, California, in Coyote Point County Park; and

 

B)

Directing the Real Property Manager to file a Notice of Exemption for a California Environmental Quality Act Categorical Exemption.

 

DISTRICT ATTORNEY

 

22.

Resolution authorizing the District Attorney to submit annual grant proposals and enter into Grant Award Agreements with the California Department of Insurance for the investigation and prosecution of disability and healthcare insurance fraud from fiscal year 2016-2017 through fiscal year 2018-2019.

 

GOVERNING BOARD

 

23.

Acting as the Governing Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority, adopt a resolution authorizing the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo to amend an agreement with HIP Housing for the Provider-Based Assistance program, extending the agreement through June 30, 2018 and increasing the amount by $367,632, thereby increasing the total obligation under the agreement to an amount not to exceed $753,192.

 

 

24.

Acting as the Governing Board of the Menlo Park Highway Lighting District, adopt resolutions:

 

A)

Authorizing the installation of streetlights in the North Fair Oaks area at 3351 Fair Oaks Avenue and 701 Ninth Avenue; and

 

B)

Authorizing the installation of streetlights in the North Fair Oaks area at 807 Eleventh Avenue.

Resolution authorizing the County Purchasing Agent to issue purchase orders to Priority Healthcare, dba Curascript Specialty Distribution to provide intrauterine and implantable prescription devices for the term of June 1, 2016 through May 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $500,000.

Resolution authorizing an agreement with Peninsula Family Service for senior peer counseling services for the term of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $612,784.

 

27.

Resolution authorizing an agreement with Addiction Research and Treatment, Inc. for narcotic replacement therapy services, for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $1,745,000.

 

28.

Resolution authorizing an agreement with BAART Behavioral Health Services, Inc. for narcotic replacement therapy services and criminal justice realignment services, for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $1,388,791.

 

29.

Resolution authorizing an agreement with Sitike for substance use disorder treatment services for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $1,750,878.

Resolution authorizing an agreement with Project Ninety, Inc. for residential substance use disorder treatment services, for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $2,849,777.

 

31.

Resolution authorizing the approval and submission of San Mateo Countyís Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Annual Update for MHSA Programs and Expenditures for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 to the State Department of Health Care Services.

Resolution authorizing an agreement with Value Capture, LLC to provide Lean consulting services for the term of May 24, 2016 through June 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $1,984,836.

Resolution authorizing an amendment to the Master Salary Resolution 073949 to add six positions, delete six positions, reclassify two positions, split two positions to four half-time positions, correct one salary, adjust two salaries, and create two new differential pays.

Adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter 2.84 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code regarding equal benefits and non-discrimination contract procedure requirements for vendors, previously introduced on May 10, 2016, and waive the reading of the ordinance in its entirety.

Resolution authorizing an amendment to the agreement with Edgewood Center for Children and Families to provide Kinship Support Services, extending the term to December 31, 2016 and increasing the amount by $172,103 to an amount not to exceed $1,466,885.

 

PUBLIC WORKS

 

36.

Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works to proceed with:

 

A)

Preparing plans and specifications for the Alpine Road Trail Improvements Project; and

 

B)

Advertising for bids on the Alpine Road Trail Improvements Project and reporting back to this Board with recommendations on awarding a contract.

 

37.

Resolution authorizing the establishment of no parking zones on both sides of Winding Way just east of Wingate Avenue in Devonshire Canyon.
